7 W. Bridge Street
This beautiful building is the most visible building of Downtown Oswego. It is set on the corners of W. First Street and W. Bridge. The previous occupants established a very successful restaurant / brewpub as well as 8 luxury hotel rooms on the third floor. No expenses were spared in the restoration of this building, there are endless possibilities with this building because of the large amount of space as well as the high visibility. Each floor of the 3 story building is approximately 4500 sqft not including the basement. The first floor is currently set up as a large dining room, a commercial kitchen, and an upscale brewbup with doors that lead out to a new outdoor deck. The first floor could easily be sub-divided to seperate the brewpub and kitchen from the large dining room if needed. The seconds floor contains a very large banquet room complete with a dance floor, barstand, a commercial kitchen, public bathrooms, and a smaller banquet room for small gatherings. The most practical use of the space would be to create a restaurant / bar with the first two floors, or too subdivide the space to use the brewpub as well as the kitchen and the basement with large walk-in coolers.
